VEK PLASTER

It is intended for manual plastering of ceilings and walls of rooms in one layer. Surface preparation Substrate and air temperature must be at least +5°С. Instructions for use:

Scope of application SUPER PLASTER is a universal dry plaster mixture based on gypsum binder with corner filler and polymer additives, providing high adhesion (stickiness).

Method of preparation Pour the contents of the bag (25 kg) into a container with 18 liters of clean cold water and mix with a construction mixer until a homogeneous mass without lumps is formed, hold for 5 minutes and mix again. Do not add water and dry mix when using mix. After mixing the prepared mixture with water, apply it to the surface for 20 minutes and smooth with a trowel. Level (level) the plaster layer with a trapezoidal scale after soaking with water for about 45-60 minutes. After that, lightly moisten the surface, rub with a trowel and smooth with a wide spatula. Sand again if necessary. Wash all used tools and equipment with water immediately. After mixing with water, the use time of the prepared mixture for plastering is 60-90 minutes. The thickness of one layer of plaster is at least 5 mm. Maximum – 50 mm. If in some cases it is required to plaster the walls in two layers, then the surface of the first layer before its layering should be combed with a plaster comb in a wavy way or applied in the form of a swallow’s tail.

After drying, treat the surface of the first coat with Grundinmittel primer diluted three to one with water. and after drying, apply a second layer of the mixture.

Consumption of material Consumption of dry mixture per 1 m2 with a thickness of 10 mm is about 8.5 kg, excluding losses.

Use material from damaged bags first.

Shelf life in undamaged packaging is 6 months. In addition to these instructions, the contractor must comply with generally accepted principles of construction technology, relevant standards and rules for the work.
